Yes. Our inventory syncs in real time with our warehouse management system. If an item shows ‘In Stock,’ it’s physically on the shelf and ready to ship.

How fast do orders ship?

Same business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday–Friday ship that day.

Where do you ship from?

We operate two distribution centers — Chino, CA (West Coast) and La Vergne, TN (East Coast). Orders automatically route from the facility closest to your shipping address for the fastest transit time.

What carriers do you use?

Primarily UPS and DHL. Freight and LTL options are available for large-volume orders upon request.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $250 ship free. Below that threshold, shipping is charged at our negotiated carrier rates, which are passed through at cost — no markup.

Do you offer split-shipment by line?

Yes. If items in your order are stocked at different DCs, we can split-ship by line to get everything to you as fast as possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

Contact support immediately at support@balajiwireless.com or (909) 444-7999. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to intercept or redirect.

What is your return policy?

Returns are handled under our Manufacturer’s Defect policy. Products with valid manufacturing defects can be replaced or recalled through BALAJI Wireless. Contact support@balajiwireless.com with photos of the defect and your order details.

Contact support or your account manager. Items go through a rigorous packaging process, but if something is missing, it won’t be charged and we’ll include it in your next shipment.
