Lifetime Warranty

All ZIZO cases and tempered glass products include the ZIZO Care Lifetime Warranty. If your case or screen protector breaks during the lifetime of your device, we will replace it. Customers pay only for shipping and handling.

HOW TO CLAIM

  2. 2Receive a discount code for a replacement product
  3. 3Order your replacement (shipping & handling apply)

Nimbus9

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Nimbus9 cases are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Coverage applies to the original purchaser for as long as you own the device the case was purchased for.

Custom Case Kiosk

Lifetime Warranty

Every Phantom 3 case printed at a Custom Case Kiosk is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects — including the case shell, protective structure, and printed surface. If the case cracks, delaminates, or shows a print defect during the life of the device, we’ll replace it.

HOW TO CLAIM

  1. 1Contact support with photos of the defective case and proof of purchase
  2. 2Our team reviews claims within 2 business days
  3. 3Approved claims receive a replacement case shipped directly to the store

Third-party product warranties
