Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn't right, our returns process is straightforward.

HOW IT WORKS

Request RMA

Email support@balajiwireless.com with your order number and reason for return.

Ship it back

Pack items securely in original packaging and ship to the address provided with your RMA.

Get credited

Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.

POLICY DETAILS

Return Window

Products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Items must be in original, unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

RMA Required

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused. Contact support@balajiwireless.com to initiate a return.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not the result of a shipping error or defective product. This fee is deducted from the credit issued to your account.

Defective Products

Defective products may be returned at no cost within the warranty period. We will issue a full credit or replacement. Please include photos of the defect with your RMA request.

Shipping Errors

If you received the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct items at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom Case Kiosk (CCK) custom-printed products, opened liquid screen protectors, and clearance/final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
